Brew Haul Coffee LLC Terms of Service
1. Booking & Payment
✔ Deposit: 50% required to confirm booking
✔ Payment Methods: Cash, check, or credit card
✔ Sales Tax: Included in package pricing
✔ No refunds for fewer guests than estimated
2. Cancellations & Refunds
✔ Client-Initiated Cancellations
7 or more days before the event: Full refund of any deposit or prepayment.
3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund of the deposit or prepayment.
Within 72 hours of the event: No refund will be issued.
✔ Vendor-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare case that Brew Haul Coffee LLC must cancel due to equipment failure, illness, or an emergency, a full refund of any payments made will be provided. We will also make every reasonable effort to reschedule the service.
✔ Weather & Force Majeure
Events canceled due to weather, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond reasonable control (e.g. power outages, road closures) will be eligible for a full refund or credit, at the client’s discretion. Brew Haul Coffee reserves the right to determine if weather conditions are unsafe or unserviceable for operation.
✔ Refund Timeline
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Please note: While Brew Haul Coffee will process any refund within 5 business days, we cannot guarantee the speed of your bank or credit card provider in releasing the funds.
3. Event Location
✔ The customer must provide a suitable location with enough space for the Brew Haul trailer, including access to electricity and water if required. (Please inquire for specific needs.)
4. Event Duration
✔ Standard Service Time: Will be dependent on package chosen.
✔ Set-Up & Breakdown: Brew Haul will arrive before the event for setup and require time after for breakdown and cleanup.
5. Guest Count & Menu
✔ Guaranteed Guest Count: Pricing covers up to number of guests indicated in quote.
✔ If guest count changes significantly, Brew Haul reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability.
6. Alcohol & Liability
✔ Alcohol: Brew Haul does not provide or serve alcoholic beverages. If alcohol is provided by the host, Brew Haul is not responsible for its service or consumption.
✔ Liability: Brew Haul is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. The client agrees to hold Brew Haul harmless from any claims related to the event.
7. Force Majeure
✔ Brew Haul is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, or government restrictions.
8. Privacy & Photos
✔ Photos & Videos: By booking Brew Haul, you grant permission for event photos/videos to be used for marketing unless otherwise requested. All media captured is the property of Brew Haul.
✔ Privacy: Brew Haul respects your privacy and will not share personal details without consent, except as required to fulfill event booking.
9. Agreement
✔ By submitting a booking form or confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Any updates to these terms will be communicated in writing.
