Brew Haul Coffee LLC –Terms of Service

1. Packages

Standard Package – $795

Serves up to 50 Guests | 1.5 Hours
✔ Freshly brewed coffee (Regular & Decaf)
✔ Iced & Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate, Iced Coffee
✔ Basic espresso drinks (Americanos, Cappuccinos, Macchiatos & Lattes)
✔ Includes all milk options & basic flavors

Standard Plus Package – $1,165

Serves up to 75 Guests | 2.5 Hours
✔ Everything in the Standard Package plus:
✔ Your choice of three Seasonal Drinks or Cold Brew options (See our menu for full selection)

Premium Package – $1,590

Serves up to 100 Guests | 2.5 Hours
✔ For larger or custom events
✔ Everything in the Standard Package plus:
✔ Full access to all drinks available on our menu

Additional Options:
➕ Add another hour of service for $250
➕ Add more guests for $5 each

2. Booking & Payment

✔ Minimum Booking: 2.5 hours
✔ Deposit: 50% required to confirm booking
✔ Payment Methods: Cash, check, or credit card
✔ Sales Tax: Included in package pricing
✔ No refunds for fewer guests than estimated

3. Cancellations & Refunds

✔ Event Cancellations: If canceled less than 4 days before the event, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
✔ Weather-Related Cancellations: Brew Haul reserves the right to cancel due to extreme weather (e.g., heavy storms, flooding). If rescheduled, payments apply to the new date. If no reschedule is possible, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued.

4. Event Location

✔ The customer must provide a suitable location with enough space for the Brew Haul trailer, including access to electricity and water if required. (Please inquire for specific needs.)

5. Event Duration

✔ Standard Service Time: Will be dependent on package chosen.
✔ Set-Up & Breakdown: Brew Haul will arrive before the event for setup and require time after for breakdown and cleanup.
✔ Extra Hours: Additional service hours available for $250 per extra hour.

6. Guest Count & Menu

✔ Guaranteed Guest Count: Pricing covers up to number of guests indicated by package. More guests can be served at an additional $5 per guest.
✔ If guest count changes significantly, Brew Haul reserves the right to adjust pricing or availability.

7. Alcohol & Liability

✔ Alcohol: Brew Haul does not provide or serve alcoholic beverages. If alcohol is provided by the host, Brew Haul is not responsible for its service or consumption.
✔ Liability: Brew Haul is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. The client agrees to hold Brew Haul harmless from any claims related to the event.

8. Force Majeure

✔ Brew Haul is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, power failures, or government restrictions.

9. Privacy & Photos

✔ Photos & Videos: By booking Brew Haul, you grant permission for event photos/videos to be used for marketing unless otherwise requested. All media captured is the property of Brew Haul.
✔ Privacy: Brew Haul respects your privacy and will not share personal details without consent, except as required to fulfill event booking.

10. Agreement

✔ By submitting a booking form or confirming a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. Any updates to these terms will be communicated in writing.
